About the Program
The goal is to help each participant recognize their growth mindset, become aware of their own potential and possible inner barriers, begin to engage with them, and turn that potential into performance.
The program uses a method built on observation and reflection that focuses on developing participants' skills, creates a learning experience and generates new insights by holding up a mirror to what happens in the classroom.
The program is interactive and experiential; participants leave with new awareness, tools and skills they can apply immediately. Exercises are based on real topics from everyday work life, and learning happens through these real issues.
