This Privacy Notice has been prepared by IT360 Danışmanlık Eğitim ve Teknoloji Ltd. Şti. (the "Company" or "All4Agile") in order to inform data subjects whose personal data is processed, pursuant to Article 10 of Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Within the scope of the training, coaching, consulting and digital solution services provided by our Company, the following categories of personal data may be processed:
- Identity Data: First name, last name, Turkish national ID number (when required for certification records)
- Contact Data: Phone number, email address, postal address
- Professional Experience: Company, position, certifications, educational background
- Customer Transaction Data: Training/services registered for, payment and invoicing details
- Marketing Data: Areas of interest, newsletter subscription preferences
- Legal Transaction Data: Contract and invoicing records
- Transaction Security Data: IP address, log records, cookie data
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- Carrying out service processes (training registration, scheduling, materials)
- Managing certification processes
- Managing customer relations and communications
- Carrying out invoicing and financial processes
- Fulfilling obligations arising from legislation
- Ensuring information security
- Improving service quality and operational performance
- Sending promotional, marketing and newsletter communications, where explicit consent has been obtained
4. Transfer of Personal Data
In accordance with the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:
- Authorized public institutions and organizations
- Business partners we work with (accredited certification bodies – PMI, IIBA, Scrum.org, ISTQB)
- Suppliers from whom we receive services (financial advisor, hosting/infrastructure provider)
- Authorities requesting it under a legal obligation
Transfers of data abroad are carried out only with the explicit consent of the data subject or within the exceptions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.
5. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through our website, contact forms, email, phone, training registration forms, social media accounts and physical settings (in-person training, event registration). The legal bases for processing are those under Article 5(2) of the KVKK (establishment/performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest) and, where necessary, your explicit consent under Article 5(1).
6. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, every data subject has the right to apply to the data controller in order to:
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information about the processing, if their data has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- Know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom their data has been transferred,
- Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurately processed data,
- Request the erasure or destruction of their data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- Request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred be notified of any rectification, erasure or destruction,
- Object to any outcome to their detriment arising from the analysis of their data exclusively through automated systems,
- Claim compensation for damages suffered as a result of unlawful processing.

To exercise the rights listed above, you may submit your request to our company address by a written petition bearing your wet signature, or send it by email to pem@all4agile.com. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
