Organizational Agility
The hardest part of becoming an agile organization is inspiring people and managing the change it requires. Achieving agility involves a shift in both the corporate operating system and the culture.
A three-stage agile transformation
Agile transformation inevitably affects every department, from technology and product delivery to marketing, sales and HR. We design this journey together with you.
Understanding
The first stage of the agile transformation journey begins with “understanding.” The organization’s vision, strategies and transformation expectations are analyzed in one-on-one interviews with leaders. Once the analysis is complete, a transformation journey tailored to the organization is defined and preparations are made to launch the transformation.
Pilot Project & Training
A pilot team or project is selected that will quickly impact organizational goals and demonstrate the benefits of agile transformation. The people who will work on the project are identified and roles are assigned. The pilot team and leaders receive foundational agile training.
Organizational Transformation
Scaling strategies are defined to spread the benefits of the pilot across the entire organization. Training for new projects and teams, team setup activities, and measurement and evaluation processes are carried forward. Processes such as HR and procurement are also aligned with the agile transformation.
