Project Management (PMP)
In addition to 35 hours of project management education, you need 4,500 hours of project management experience if you hold a four-year university degree, or 7,500 hours if you have a high school diploma.
The exam is taken by appointment at Prometric test centers or online (from your home or office computer). Dates are scheduled through Prometric based on your request.
As of 2021, the exam has 180 questions; you have 230 minutes, with two 10-minute breaks. Passing requires approximately 61% (106 correct answers out of 175 questions).
The fee is USD 555 for non-members of PMI and USD 405 for members. PMI annual membership is USD 129, PMI Turkey Chapter dues are USD 15, and a USD 10 initiation fee applies to first-time memberships.
Agile (PSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP)
No. There are no prerequisites for PSM I. The exam is taken online through Scrum.org, and you pass with a score of at least 85% (68 correct answers out of 80 questions).
PSM II requires holding PSM I; it is an online exam with an 85% passing score. PSM III combines essay writing with multiple-choice questions and also requires an 85% passing score.
In addition to 21 hours of agile classroom training, you need 2,000 hours of general project experience and 1,500 hours of agile project experience. The exam is online and multiple choice.
Business Analysis (CBAP & CCBA)
You need at least 7,500 hours of business analysis experience within the last 10 years, distributed as required across IIBA's 6 knowledge areas, plus 35 hours of professional development training and 2 references.
The exam is in English and consists of scenario-based multiple-choice questions; you have 3.5 hours to answer 120 questions.
CCBA has a lower experience threshold, while its process and exam format are similar to CBAP; it is well suited to mid-level business analysts.
Software Testing (ISTQB)
There are no general prerequisites; however, basic knowledge of software testing processes is an advantage.
After completing the Foundation Level, we recommend advanced training to specialize in one of the Test Manager, Test Analyst or Technical Test Analyst tracks.
