About the Training
A training program focused on the business analysis discipline, aimed especially at professionals working on international projects or at companies operating globally. Its goal is to teach business analysis processes hands-on and prepare participants for the challenges they may face on international projects.
The program is structured as a plan of 3 sessions, each lasting a full day. Attendance of the first session is required for the second, and attendance of the first two sessions is required for the third.
