What is the PMP certification?
PMP (Project Management Professional) is the world's most recognized project management certification, awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI). The exam covers predictive, agile and hybrid approaches across the people, process and business environment domains.
Besides project management experience, PMP applicants need 35 contact hours of project management education. This 5-day / 35-hour program is designed to meet that requirement and to prepare for the exam in a structured way.
About the Training
Delivered by PMP®-certified project managers and trainers with extensive field experience, this 5-day, 35-hour classroom training teaches a project management methodology built on the People – Process – Business Environment framework, using practical examples and case studies drawn from real-world experience across different industries.
You will learn the project management framework and the 10 knowledge areas across predictive, agile and hybrid project life cycles, structured around People – Process – Business Environment, and reinforce what you learn by solving a total of 120 questions in the tests held at the end of each module.
Completing this training gives you the 35 contact hours of project management education required as one of the prerequisites for the PMP exam.
All participants preparing for the PMP exam also receive free guidance and consulting throughout the exam preparation and application process.
