What is Professional Agile Leadership (PAL)?
Professional Agile Leadership (PAL) is Scrum.org's certification program for managers and leaders. PAL I covers the agile leadership mindset, how leaders support Scrum Teams and how to measure value in the organization.
Unlike Scrum Master or Product Owner certifications, PAL targets the managers, unit leaders and executives who own the agile transformation rather than in-team roles.
