With the assessment phase completed, our Agile Coaches have determined the tailored Agile practices, tools and aligned the Agile adoption with company vision and goals. Having that as input, we now establish an Agile team and choose the most suitable company project for the first Agile Pilot Project.

Having a team and the project for the pilot project, the next step will be to train the team to let them become more familiar with the Agile techniques, roles and mindset. Our experienced team will provide a 3-day Agile training. The extent and details of the training is listed under Agile Training section.

After the Agile training, team now has the opportunity to transform the training exercises into the first Pilot project within same project environment as usual. Established team commences the pilot project under supervision of our Agile coaches. We optimize the first Agile experience through customized Agile practices and tools, which suits best for the company and team structure. Throughout the pilot project our Agile coaches will not only accompany the team for any question and help the team to understand the Agile roles and practices, they also will act actively as Agile Project Managers to steer the project as per defined Agile methodology in assessment phase.
