Bahadır Selvi graduated from Yıldız Technical University Mathematic Engineering in 2005. He stayed 2 years in Germany for language and master education. After he came back home to Turkey, he started working at Minerva Software. He gave consultancy in all modules of ERP like accounting-finance, budget, SCM, logistics-WH management, fixed asset, retail, quality management. He managed dozens of projects in audit-advisory services, energy, retail, jewellery, automotive, manufacturing, export-import sectors.
In the middle of 2013 started working at Obase. He made project management in different fields like ERP, product development, e-commerce, native mobile and data warehouse. He took a pioneer role in improving project management process and procedures and agile transformations, performed as scrum master in projects.
Bahadır, joined Experteam in Oct’2015 and maintains his project manager role for 5 months. He is married and knows English and German.

Burçak Akbıyık Keten, Boğaziçi Üniversitesi Bilgisayar Mühendisliği Lisansını tamamladıktan sonra kariyerine Yazılım Uzmanı olarak başlamıştır. Şuanda Hollanda’da ikamet etmektedir.

Since 2011, she has been working in supply chain management, business analysis, and project management and continues her career as Project Manager. She has played great roles in manufacturing, logistics, and information technology projects from various fields. In 2015 September, she has been certified as PMP and she has specialized in agile vs. waterfall methods. Project management, business analysis, agile, production planning, logistics and manufacturing applications and systems are listed as her experienced fields.
ERKAN ÇİNKO, MSc, PMP, PSM I
Erkan Çinko, 1981’de Almanya’da doğmuştur.
Çocukluğu Almanya’da, öğrenim hayatı ise İstanbul’da geçmiştir. Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi Matematik Mühendisliği bölümünden mezun olmuştur. Daha sonra yine aynı üniversitede Endüstri Mühendisliği ana bilim dalı Sistem Mühendisliği bölümünde yüksek lisans yapmıştır.
10 yılı aşkın bir süredir Bilişim ve Sigorta sektöründeki firmalarda İş Analizi, Proje Yönetimi, Agile Solutions ve İş Geliştirme departmanlarında yöneticilik yapmıştır.

In 2009, Mete Mazlum has graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Industrial Engineering Department.He has taken MSc (IE department) degree from the same university in 2014. Nasuh AKIN, PMP, ITIL
Nasuh AKIN has received the B.E. degree in Computer Engineering from Eastern Mediterranean University in 2004. Nasuh Akın was started his career as a Software Development Engineer. He served as analyst, consultant and project manager positions mainly in the telecom sector. Currently, Nasuh AKIN has been working as a project manager in TELCO BSS-OSS Solutions Department at Innova (IT Solutions Company) which is a subsidiary of Turk Telekom.

Yakup Toraman, PMP
Yakup Toraman has a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University. He has worked in ERP project implementations in different sectors and companies of varying sizes since 2006. He has taken roles as business analyst, consultant, project manager and product manager. Project management methodologies, effect of these methodologies on projects, application of these methodologies in ERP projects and communication management in software projects are primary interest areas.

Yıldız Balatürk Erkan has graduated from Bilkent University, Computer Engineering Department. She worked in Tübitak as part-time analyst. She has started her carier as auditor in Yapı Kredi Bank. She worked in Garanti Technology and IBTECH about risk management, process improvement, internal control and quality areas. She worked in Internal Audit Board of Tekstilbank. Now she works in Burgan Bank as IT Audit Unit Manager. She gives lectures about COBIT in The Banks Association of Turkey.
RIDVAN AKÇİÇEK PMP, PSM I, COBIT, ITIL
Rıdvan Akçiçek was born in 1982. He has graduated from Kocaeli University, Computer Engineering Department and he has got master’s degree (MBA) from Beykent University.
Over 10 years professional carrier he has worked Technology, Manufacture, Pharmaceutical, Finance and Healthcare as Software Engineer, Analyst, IT Process Manager, Project, Program and Portfolio Management roles. He has worked domestic and overseas projects throughout that period.
In 2012, he has start to work in Acıbadem Healthcare Group and he managed PMO start-up project directly and he is working as Head of Project Management Office still.
He had held COBIT, ITIL certificate before and he has been certified as PMP in 2013. Afterwards he joined into PMI TR (non-profit organization) family as Director of Communications (volunteer).
In 2015, he has joined into Project Education Center (PEM). Over the course of that period he has got Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certificate and trained many participants about project management, agile and scrum. According to his deep knowledge in the field, he realized that Agile practices strengths vs classic project management weaknesses. In terms of supporting Agile world, he came together with sector leader and he became Co-Founder of ALL4AGILE.
Erim Yılancıoğlu PMP
In 2011, Erim Yılancıoğlu has graduated from Boğaziçi University, Management Information Systems Department. He has awarded high honor degree including with the 3rd degree of the department. Since 2011 July, he has been working in Industrial Application Software (IAS) as Senior Software Engineer. He has played great roles in more than fifteen ERP projects from various sectors such as automotive, machinery, plastic, packaging and textile. In addition to numerous business application development projects, ERP Integrated Project Management and Knowledge Management System modules have been developed by his coordination. In 2015 January, he has been certified as PMP and he has specialized in agile vs. waterfall methods. He has joined into Project Education Center (PEM) in October 2015. He has trained many participants in project management, agile and scrum. Now, he is the youngest one among the co-founders of ALL4AGILE. Gamzegül Babuna, PMP, ITIL
Gamzegül Babuna has graduated from Boğaziçi University, Management Information Systems Department in 2000. She has taken Executive MBA degree from the same university in 2005. Between 2000 and 2004 she worked in Bimsa as Solution Specialist building various applications for companies including IBM and in the last year worked as SAP SD consultant. After Bimsa, she worked in Imperial Tobacco as Sales Planning Analyst and in Shaya as Supply Chain Analyst for one year each. In 2007, returning back to IT world again, she worked in adidas Group first as Business Analyst and then as Business Solutions Manager for almost 7 years. She managed many multinational ERP projects in adidas and streamlined especially sales, supply chain, logistics and finance business processes. In 2014 second-half, she took PMP and ITIL certificates. Last, she worked in Koton as Process Development and Project Management Group Leader. Saint Benoit French High School, Yildiz Technical University Mechanical Engineering Degree and Bilgi University MBA degree owner Mete Aydın is as a Professional who has been working in the banking – finance sector since 2002 and is currently working as PMO Manager at ILab Holding / Sigortam.net. Gani Çatkal, MBA, MEM, PMP
Gani Çatkal graduated from İstanbul Technical University, Electronics and Communication Engineering in 1987. After completing military services, he went to U.S.A to receive his Master of Business Administration degree from University of Little Rock at Arkansas. In 1994, he joined to the Newmont Mining Corporation, the largest gold producer in the world, as an International IT Project Manager. Deniz Mert Eryiğit, PMP
Deniz Mert Eryigit graduated from Baskent University with bachelors’ degree of Information Systems Management in 2008. He started of his professional career on National Information Bank Project in Tepe Teknoloji in 2007. Same year, he is awarded MSCD.NET, MCAD.NET and MCAD certificates from Microsoft. Moreover, following year he worked on refund and provision systems in health insurance under roof of Compu Group Medical. In 2011, he has joined Turk Telekom Group and worked various works and projects under Innova Information Solutions Inc. and Assistt Inc. Since 2012, He is working on Central Doctor Appointment System (MHRS) project as Technical Project Manager. Ş. Ali Saraçoğlu, MBA, PSM, PSPO, ITIL
Ş. Ali Saraçoğlu has graduated from Bilkent University, CTIS department and then completed his MBA in Bahçeşehir University. He started his career as a Software Engineer and gain experience by conducting different projects for leading companies in the field. After that, he decided to further his career as a Project Manager and lead projects especially about banking, finance and e-Transformation. He also maintains Business Continuity Coordinator role. Within both role’s responsibilities, he is a Lead Auditor of both ISO/IEC27001 and ISO/IEC20000. Ali manages the Projects in which the requirements are defined by government. He is also responsible to coordinate IT audits of his company.
